  This is my #2 go-to Lowe's location. I live in Wilmington and frequent the Porters Neck store but when they have something out of stock and it's available here in Topsail, I will take the drive to go get it. The store is clean and the staff are always willing to assist you with whatever you may need.

  I've always got great service but especially today where an employee went above and beyond to help me out. Their wood cutter is down (and Irma is approaching) so I purchased a manual saw and asked this employee if he thought I could cut it myself (I doubted mysef), thats when he offered to do it - manually. SO AWESOME. I took a picture as I was blown away by his helpfulness. Name tag says Randy. Thank you so much Randy, way to be. Trying to insert picture!
